When available, call for all dispatch numbers, using Load Number for references.
From shipper when loaded.
Daily check call by 10:00 AM Central Time.
From consignee’s premises when unloaded.
Whenever there is a discrepancy of count or product.
If the seal is removed.
If any of the above occurs after hours, you must call the on-call dispatcher at 800-31-4832 and press 1.
$25.00 fine if driver does not make these check calls. If the customer calls, we need to know when the product was loaded, its location each day, and when it was unloaded.
